Buccaneers | Gruden believes M. Bryant deserves Pro Bowl consideration
Jim Flynn, of PewterReport.com, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Jon Gruden said PK Matt Bryant has played well this season despite a personal tragedy and deserves Pro Bowl consideration. "He's not only had a great season, but what a great performance given the circumstances. The tragedy he has suffered through doesn't go away in three or four or six weeks. For him to go out there and kick game-winners at Arrowhead and make four field goals yesterday, he should be in the Pro Bowl. He's in mine," Gruden said.
