49ers | S. Ryan signed

Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports the San Francisco 49ers have signed free-agent TE Sean P. Ryan (Saints). Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Offensive coordinator Mike Martz wanted more of a blocking presence at tight end.
