Buccaneers | Galloway active for Week 8

Roy Cummings, of the Tampa Tribune, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Joey Galloway (foot) is active for the team's Week 8 game. He won't start but is expected to be involved on offense. He may return kicks and punts as well, if needed, although RB Clifton Smith is expected to do so initially.
