Spencer Fordin, of MLB.com, reports the Baltimore Orioles optioned RP Radhames Liz and OF Luis Montanez to Triple-A Norfolk and reassigned P Alberto Castillo, C Guillermo Rodriguez, IF Scott Moore and 2B Oscar Salazar to the minor leagues Tuesday, March 31.
