Titans | Wants to re-sign Simms

Terry McCormick, of The City Paper, reports the Tennessee Titans still want to re-sign free-agent QB Chris Simms (Titans), perhaps even to be their primary backup quarterback behind QB Kerry Collins. There appears to be the likelihood that Simms, if re-signed, would at least get the chance for a training camp battle with QB Vince Young for the second-string spot behind Collins.
