Colts | Harrison reluctant to take pay cut
Michael Marot, of the Associated Press, reports Indianapolis Colts president Bill Polian told reporters Sunday, Feb. 22, that the team is trying to rework WR Marvin Harrison's contract to lower his salary cap number of approximately $13.4 million. However, Harrison "probably would not be interested in" reducing his base salary, according to a person familiar with the negotiations. If Harrison refuses to rework his contract, the team could either choose to keep Harrison at his current cap number or release him.
