Giants | Cofield recently underwent surgery

Mike Garafolo, of the Newark Star-Ledger, reports New York Giants DT Barry Cofield (knee) recently underwent arthroscopic surgery on his knee, according to general manager Jerry Reese. Reese was not sure if either player will be limited in the offseason workout program or minicamp, but said he would be "okay" for the regular season.
