The Houston Chronicle's Jose De Jesus Ortiz reports Houston Astros RP Jose Capellan impressed manager Cecil Cooper Monday, Feb. 16. "The ball comes out of his hand really nice, and he has a real loose arm," Cooper said. "He's a lot bigger guy than I thought he was, and he has kind of a mound presence."
