Yankees | Sign seven to minor league deals

The Sports Network reports the New York Yankees signed free-agent C Austin Romine (Yankees), C P.J. Pilittere (Yankees), C Jesus Montero (Yankees), C Kyle Anson (Yankees), 3B Justin Leone (Giants), IF Eduardo Nunez (Yankees) and IF Ramiro Pena (Yankees) to minor league deals with invitations to Spring Training Wednesday, Jan. 14. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
