Jim Flynn, of PewterReport.com, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers LB Niko Koutouvides said he believes any team looking for a quarterback likely will be interested in acquiring QB Jay Cutler. "Obviously everyone knows what is going on. Jay is a Pro Bowl quarterback. That speaks for itself. Any team that needs a quarterback is probably going after Jay," Koutouvides said.
