Panthers | Team Notes

The Charlotte Observer reports the Carolina Panthers have no interest in WR Jerry Rice, despite some published reports. Agent Jim Steiner said Rice wants to go into a situation where he would be no less than the No.2 receiver and Carolina already has two, if not three good WRs. The team spent much of the NFL Combine's Friday sessions interviewing offensive linemen, including Wisconsin's Casey Rabach, Nebraska's Dominic Raiola and Florida's Kenyatta Walker.
