Browns | Team waives 16 players, terminate Orr's contract
ClevelandBrowns.com reports the Cleveland Browns have waived TE Brad Cieslak, CB A.J. Davis, WR Efrem Hill, TE Kolo Kapanui, CB Travis Key, OL James Lee, WR Lance Leggett, LB David McMillan, FS Brandon Mitchell, DL Chase Ortiz, OT Jonathan Palmer, FS Jereme Perry, DL Melila Purcell, K Jason Reda, WR Steve Sanders and WR Travis Wilson. The Browns also terminated the contract of LB Shantee Orr.
