Panthers | J. Carter working with first-string offense

The Associated Press reports Carolina Panthers WR Jason Carter was working with the first-string offense Tuesday, Aug. 12. He was also returning punts during practice. Carter entered training camp buried on the depth chart but injuries have allowed him a chance to make the regular-season roster. Carter has, however, been shaky on punt returns. He said it has been awhile since he did it so he is rusty.
