The Democrat and Chronicle reports the Buffalo Bills overcame a lot of penalties during their 20-10 win last night. They had 10 penalties for 76 yards. Veteran PK Steve Christie also missed three FG attempts (30, 45 and 51 yards). A patchwork offensive line, Corey Hulsey started at right guard for Jerry Ostroski (broken leg) and Michael Early started at center for Bill Conaty (shoulder), kept the Bills QBs under pressure most of the night. QB Rob Johnson was sacked twice and the Bills gave up six sacks in all. He was also flushed from the pocket numerous times and had three passes batted down.
