Titans | Keglar in contract talks

Terry McCormick, of The City Paper, reports the Tennessee Titans have begun contract talks with LB Stanford Keglar. Keglar's agent, Jeffrey Chilcoat, said talks have been going for a couple weeks but nothing has been finalized.
