Padres | Domoromo signs

Padres.MLB.com's Corey Brock reports the San Diego Padres signed 16-year-old OF Luis Domoromo (Venezuela), who according to ESPN.com, is the fifth-best Latino prospect, to an undisclosed deal. "Luis is one of the most complete position players available. He has a sound approach at the plate and the ability to hit the ball to all fields," Padres director of international scouting Randy Smith said.
