Eagles | Reed improving strength reports Philadelphia Eagles FS J.R. Reed appears to be noticeably stronger and has added weight this offseason. Reed slimmed down to 193 pounds last season but he expects to play at around 210-215 pounds this season. Reed said the time spent studying film and working on his technique has made him faster on the field as well. He also stated that he is trying to earn a spot on the team by working harder than anybody else. Reed said after camp he plans on being at the team's training facility three times a week and will do some speed training at home.
