Bears | Starting running back job Forte's to lose?

Updating a previous item, Brad Biggs, of the Chicago Sun-Times, reports Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith said the team does not have any plans to sign an experienced running back, making it clear RB Matt Forte is being counted on as the starter opening day. "We like the running backs we have right now," Smith said. "We don't have any plans to (sign one). From Matt to Adrian N. Peterson to Garrett Wolfe to P.J. Pope, Matt Lawrence, we like all of our players, and those are the ones that we're going with."
