Titans | Fowler denies using steroids

The Associated Press reports Tennessee Titans LB Ryan Fowler denied that he used performance-enhancing drugs Wednesday, June 18. Fowler received a letter from the NFL two weeks ago saying he was under investigation and faced a possible suspension. Fowler would not say if he had a relationship with steroids dealer David Jacobs, who was found dead in his home in Texas.
