Armando Salguero, of The Miami Herald, reports Miami Dolphins PK Jay Feely is confident about what he will accomplish this season. "I am going to be the best kicker in the NFL this year," Feely said confidently. "I don't know any guy on this team that worked harder than me this offseason."
