Jaguars | Spicer rejects contract offer

Vito Stellino, of the Florida Times-Union, reports Jacksonville Jaguars DE Paul Spicer is skipping the team's OTAs because he has turned down a contract offer from the Jacksonville Jaguars. Head coach Jack Del Rio said, "We'll see where that goes. From our standpoint, we feel like we've made fair, legitimate proposals to both guys. One guy is happy with it, and the other is out waiting."
