Colts | Keith charged with criminal trespassing
The Associated Press reports Indianapolis Colts RB Kenton Keith was charged Tuesday, April 22, with one count of criminal trespassing for refusing to leave a nightclub parking lot that was being cleared by police. Matthew Symons, a spokesman for the Marion County prosecutor's office, said Keith will not have to face the charges of disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The initial hearing for the misdemeanor charge is set for Wednesday, April 23.
