Buccaneers.com reports QB Joe Hamilton has had a change of heart and he will now join the Frankfurt Galaxy of the NFL Europe league. Hamilton had earlier decided to forego NFL Europe to stay in Tampa to work with new coach Jon Gruden. "There is no substitute for playing time," Hamilton said. "This is a chance for me to get out on the field and make things happen. I'm looking forward to the opportunity."
