NFL | Bowen works out at Pro Day

J.J. Pesavento, of Next Level Scouting, reports Iowa State LB Alvin Bowen worked out at his school's Pro Day. Bowen ran a 4.64 and 4.68 40-yard dash, had a 35-inch vertical jump, ran a 7.20-second three-cone drill and kept the rest of his numbers from the 2008 NFL Scouting Combine. He measured in at 6-foot-1 1/8, 225 pounds.
