NFL | T. Williams works out at Pro Day

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports East Carolina CB Travis C. Williams measured a height of 5-foot-9 3/8 and a weight of 186 pounds at his Pro Day March 5. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.44 seconds and 4.48 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.21 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.98 seconds. He measured a 33 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot broad jump and completed 16 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
