NFL | S. Allen works out at Pro Day

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports West Texas A&M LB Steve Allen measured a height of 6-foot 1/2 and a weight of 242 pounds at his Pro Day March 5. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.71 seconds and 4.75 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.48 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.40 seconds. He measured a 29 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 9-foot-5 broad jump and completed 21 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
