Robby Gordon | Gordon may be penalized
Bob Pockrass, of SceneDaily.com, reports Robby Gordon Motorsports driver Robby Gordon may be docked points for having a car with an unapproved nose for inspection before the practice Feb. 9 at Daytona International Speedway. Gordon switched his cars from Fords to Dodges and was given the wrong nose from a Dodge parts supplier. He had to cut the front of his car and replace the nose. Gordon said he was happy about his finish in the Daytona 500 Sunday, Feb. 17, but is interested to know how many points will be taken from him and his team for the unapproved part on his car.
