NFL | New hearing scheduled for Moon
Peyton Whitely, of The Seattle Times, reports a sentence-review hearing for former NFL QB Warren Moon was continued to April 14 at a brief courtroom session Thursday, Feb. 14. The hearing had been ordered to conduct a review of a negligent-driving sentence placed on Moon in August of 2007. A condition of the August sentence was that Moon have no further law violations and that he submit a blood-alcohol test if stopped by a law-enforcement officer. Moon declined to take a field sobriety test when he was arrested Dec. 28 for driving under the influence.
