MLB | Passenger says Leyritz was distracted during crash

The Associated Press reports Bruce Barger, who was in the car with former MLB C Jim Leyritz when Leyritz was involved in a fatal accident, said Leyritz was reaching for something or was adjusting the car stereo when he ran a red light and collided with the other car. Leyritz has been charged with DUI manslaughter.
