NFL | Taylor selects representation

University of Connecticut PR/KR Larry Taylor has selected Larry Rule, of Rule Management Group, as his agent. Taylor ranked 15th in the nation during 2007 with an average of 12.8 yards per punt return. He has averaged 13.2 yards per punt return and 29.5 yards per kickoff return during his collegiate career.
