Bengals | Team hires FitzGerald

The Cincinnati Bengals hired Jeff FitzGerald as the team's linebackers coach Wednesday, Jan. 23. Fitzgerald is a 15-year NFL coaching veteran. He was the Baltimore Ravens linebackers coach for the past four seasons and in 2006 he became the second linebackers coach in NFL history to have four of his players named to the Pro Bowl in the same season. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
