Japanese League | Swallows' Riggs denies buying or using PEDs

Updating a previous item, USAToday.com's Paul White reports Yakult Swallows IF Adam Riggs (Japanese League), who was one of the players named in the Mitchell Report, has denied buying or using performance-enhancing drugs. Riggs has passed drug tests in Japan the past two years.
