Chargers | Richey Gets New Deal

According to John Clayton of ESPN, San Diego Chargers PK Wade Richey has agreed to a restructured contract with the team. He accepted a 50-percent reduction from his $1.05 million salary to stay with the Chargers. Because of a $400,000 guarantee of Richey's base salary, he will be around to compete against PK Steve Christie for the kicking job.
