Raiders | Walter could be No. 2 QB for Week 14

Oakland Raiders QB Andrew Walter could be the team's No. 2 quarterback if QB Daunte Culpepper (quadriceps) is inactive for Week 14. Head coach Lane Kiffin appeared hesitant to commit to QB JaMarcus Russell in what could be a cold weather game against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Russell said he has never played in a cold weather game in high school or college.
