Cubs | Miller encouraged by rehab start

Updating a previous report, Carrie Muskat, of Chicago.Cubs.MLB.com, reports Chicago Cubs SP Wade Miller (back, shoulder) was encouraged by his rehab start Wednesday, July 25, for Double-A Tennessee, however, his velocity is still not improving very much. "It's not any worse than it was a couple months ago," Miller said. "I'm not making great strides like I'd like to but I'm not ready to give it up either." Miller is not sure what the next step in his rehab will be.
