Buccaneers | Plummer may be fined for absence

Jim Flynn, of PewterReport.com, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jake Plummer may face fines if he does not report to training camp. "He's on our salary cap right now and he missed mini-camp. By contract, there are certain obligations a player has. We're going to have further talks with him. We've never really discussed what we do disciplinary-wise publicly. He's aware of where we stand with that. We hope he reports to training camp," said general manager Bruce Allen.
