Dolphins | Mayes Injures Ankle

The Miami Herald reports Miami Dolphins TE Alonzo Mayes (ankle) suffered a twisted right ankle on Monday night, hurting his chances of making the team this year. Mayes was on crutches and was wearing a hard cast on his right leg on Tuesday. He said he’ll miss at least one week with what he called a severe sprain.
