Broncos | Judge may loosen Kircus restraining order
The Associated Press reports a Colorado judge is considering whether to loosen a restraining order on Denver Broncos WR David Kircus in order to travel out of state and drink alcohol while he awaits the outcome of an assault case against him. District Judge Anne Ollada said during a court hearing Friday, May 25, she wanted to hear from the alleged victim before making a final decision. Kircus was arrested for investigation of second-degree assault after he was believed to have struck a man at a party early Sunday, May 20.
