NFL | Banks works out at Pro Day

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports James Madison RB Alvin Banks measured a height of 5-foot-10 1/8 and a weight of 215 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.51 seconds and 4.53 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.31 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.76 seconds. He measured a 31 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 9-foot-6 broad jump and completed 15 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
