NFL | J. Vincent works out at Pro Day

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Louisiana State RB Justin Vincent measured a height of 5-foot-10 3/8 and a weight of 219 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.66 seconds and 4.65 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.49 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.09 seconds. He measured a 29 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 9-foot-1 broad jump and completed 16 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
