NFL | J. Hall works out at Pro Day

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Southeastern Louisiana P James C. Hall measured a height of 6-foot-1 1/4 and a weight of 216 pounds at his Pro Day. Hall ran the 40-yard dash in 5.21 seconds and 5.27 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.86 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.69 seconds. He measured a 33 1/2-inch vertical jump, an 8-foot-11 broad jump and completed 23 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
