NFL | Phillips works out at Pro Day

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Oregon LB Blair Phillips measured a height of 6-foot-1 1/8 and a weight of 244 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash twice in 4.77 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.34 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.19 seconds. He measured a 32 1/2-inch vertical jump and a 9-foot-2 broad jump.
