Broncos | Sauerbrun agreement update

Updating a previous report, John Murphy, of Yahoo! Sports, reports the agreement the Denver Broncos reached with unrestricted free-agent P Todd Sauerbrun (Patriots) is worth roughly $1.4 million, according to a league source. The contract doesn't include a signing bonus or any guaranteed money. This aspect may give the New England Patriots, who have right of first refusal, a better chance to match the offer and retain the rights to Sauerbrun.
