Patriots | Scott earns contract escalator for 2007 season

Mike Reiss, of the Boston Globe, reports New England Patriots CB Chad Scott earned a contract escalator based on his performance in the 2006 season. Scott will earn $500,000 more than he was scheduled to make, bringing his 2007 salary cap figure to $1.3 million.
