Giants | Sorting out the bullpen

Andrew Baggarly, of the Oakland Tribune, reports P Brad Hennessey, P Billy Sadler, P Jonathan Sanchez, and P Jack Taschner are all fighting for a spot in the San Francisco Giants bullpen. Non-roster P Scott Atchison, P Dan Giese, and P David Cortes have stayed in contention by throwing strikes and challenging hitters. Sanchez has the electric arm to be a late-game force, but he could make the biggest contribution in long relief, pitching coach Dave Righetti said.
