NFL | Lau works out at Pro Day

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Boise State RB Brad Lau measured a height of 5-11 5/8 and a weight of 237 pounds at his Pro Day March 5. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.83 seconds and 4.84 seconds. He finished the short shuttle in 4.28 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.17 seconds. He measured a 30 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 9-foot-2 broad jump and completed 18 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
