Titans | Reinfeldt comments on draft and offseason plans

During an interview at the NFL Scouting Combine, Tennessee Titans general manager Mike Reinfeldt said the positions of need on the team, defensive end, cornerback and wide receiver, are deep in the draft. Reinfeldt also said he expects higher tenders and new tender rules to restrict the free-agent market this offseason.
