Rams | Timmerman on chopping block

Jim Thomas, of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, reports St. Louis Rams OG Adam Timmerman could be released prior to the start of free agency March 2. "I think there's a pretty strong possibility that Adam could be on the market," Timmerman's agent Mark Bartelstein said. "There's nothing definitive; that's just kind of my sense." Timmerman is scheduled to make $2.2 million in base salary next season, including a $200,000 roster bonus due March 4.
