Tigers | Dingman healthy after season-ending injury last spring
Jason Beck, of Detroit.Tigers.MLB.com, reports Detroit Tigers P Craig Dingman (shoulder) is healthy and ready for spring training after undergoing season-ending surgery last spring. Dingman was diagnosed with a torn artery in his shoulder and underwent a rare arterial bypass procedure. The rehab from the surgery has very little precedence but Dingman has reported an increase in his range of motion after having a rib removed in the surgery. No muscular damage was done to his arm or shoulder in the process, with just the pectoral muscles being damaged.
