Bears | Benson injury update

David Haugh, of the Chicago Tribune, reports Chicago Bears RB Cedric Benson (knee) exited the first quarter of Super Bowl XLI with a left knee sprain and did not return. Benson had his injured leg immobilized following the game. "It's just a little sprain," said Benson. "I don't know what happened. I just remember coming off the tackle in a bad way, falling sideways and someone (Cato June) diving in it. It hurts, especially to have that happen so early when you worked so hard to get here."
